This building is an European-style building of two stories. The brick was imported from Britain. It has a vaulted ceiling and there is a corridor in the second floor.
The roof is wood frame with sheet copper roofing. The building has the dome on front corner.
This was constructed as a Kawasaki bank Sawara branch (opened 1880), donated to the city now, and used for Tourist Board Information Centre.
