In 1804, the village headman dedicated the insturments of Kagura ( Shinto music and dancing wishing a peaceful whole country and good harvest )and started the folkway.
The Kagura has been succeeded by the public entertainments preservation association of Nissato formed in 1975.
This is specified for the intangible folk customs cultural asset of the city.
